I’m Olaife, I’m from Nigeria. I’m currently looking for a junior developer role or internship opportunity for frontend development as I recently picked up some FE dev skills. I love gaming, cooking, sports as well as playing music. From this bootcamp, I’m hoping to help my colleagues get familiar and comfortable with JavaScript however I can and learn some new things at the same time!

Hi, y’all! I’m Joan from North Carolina in the United States. I completed the freeCodeCamp JavaScript course a few years ago…but then focused more on Python, which I sometimes use in my work (education technologist). My primary reasons for taking this course are to experience learning in a cohort and to re-learn JavaScript (before moving on to React). Can’t wait to get started!

I’m Patrícia from Portugal. I’ve some knowledge of HTML, CSS, and a bit of JS. I tried to career change to frontend development, and I already had a 4 month job experience, but unfortunately that didn’t go as planned and I got a huge imposter syndrome, lost confidence and focus. Now I mainly work as a proofreader, and I also have been doing some small frontend tasks for a developer. I’ve already started the JS Algorithms & Data Structures course, but paused it for a while. This bootcamp is a great opportunity to start again the course, and to feel more comfortable with JS. And, in the future, who knows, maybe I’ll land a frontend job!
