Hello everyone!
I’m Jelecia and from Florida. I’m almost done with my computer programming and analysis degree, but as everyone knows, brick and mortar schooling can be tons of self-teaching (less professor, more google, stackoverflow, etc) - but that’s actually the real-world. It can sometimes be too fast paced, but the degree is the ticket in the gate (job). I’m very excited to obtain my programming degree, but I know it takes more than traditional schooling to be successful in this line of work. You have to have UMPH and do some self-study and find online resources like this. I currently work in IT, but I am more interested in doing UX/UI and Front-End Dev. I have the basics of JS down, but it doesn’t hurt to learn and refresh, especially in a more lucrative environment as this.
I’m looking forward to this bootcamp! Very grateful that it is quality and and free
