Hello @jesslynnrose and everyone else, too!!! I’m so excited to be taking part in this bootcamp! I am a stay at home mom of three virtually schooled children (1 in kindergarten, the other two in middle school.) I plan on entering back into the workforce once the kids are back at the brick and mortal school buildings. Until then, I am aiming to learn all the new skills that I can learn within the IT field. This course became available right at the time when I was looking for a course just like this one!
I appreciate you and your team @jesslynnrose for making this an option for so many of us wanting to learn more!
Hi, I’m Luqman Anoze, a newbie in learning web development. I hope to achieve that aim of becoming a web developer with this course. Thanks
Hello! I am Sofia Jimenez. I am currently a content developer, and am wanting to move into doing frontend development eventually. I believe this course will provide a great initial background. I already have experience with html, and css but want to refine it through this course.

Hey hey.
I'm Liz, and I want to join a big-time coding bootcamp but it's out of my price range. I'm trying to learn everything I can right now online while I save for something potentially bigger with strong career services. I love creative work which makes me think I'm into front-end development? I'm looking forward!
Hi Im Kelly,

Hi Jolene,
I am from Edmonton, Alberta. It is good to see another Canadian. I am originally from South Korea, but I have been in Canada over 10 years now.
I am new to coding and hope to learn a lot.
Hi Jess! Nice to virtually meet you - thank you for hosting this bootcamp. I am located in EST/work full-time during the days so might not always be able to make the live sessions, but catch up on some of the recordings.
Excited and looking forward to be part of this program! I have used HTML/CSS coding in my current/past jobs for website management and knowledge base operations (i.e. coding for css styling, redirects for old articles, SEO, etc) and while I was younger learned about web design/coding and would experiment with sites like Myspace or Tumblr. I’ve had experience helping build sites/have created small website projects - my goal is to engage in this to have a structured timeframe and project roadmap to hold myself accountable to learning more about coding/being engaged.
Eventually I would like to learn more about other coding frameworks - Python likely will be my next then will move into Javascript (Javascript seems SUPER complicated to me - so I will likely take that on in the future. HTML/CSS/Python are my core focus right now).
Looking forward to connecting with everyone here and seeing all of the progress!
Hello everyone, my name is Olga, i’m venezuelan but i live in Lima, Peru. I’m here because i want to improve my skills, i haven’t code in years, so i feel like a newbie again. When i was in my country i was starting a career path but i left all behind to emigrate and i haven’t find the opportunity to work as a frontend developer yet. I’m lack of experience, so i hope this bootcamp puts me on track again, i’m really excited about starting over, if anyone feels the same way, you’re not alone.
Thanks @jesslynnrose for making this course available for all of us, i can’t wait to build cool stuff, learn a lot and meet all of you!
Hope you all have a nice day!
I’m also improving my english skills so if you see any mistake, feel free to correct me!
Hi everyone!
My name is Kiana and I’m from North Carolina. I have absolutely no experience or knowledge of web development. I’m hoping to switch gears with my career and venture into the tech industry.
I’m excited about this opportunity and looking forward to learning the basics!
Hi! Good to meet you here. I’m in Sarnia, Ontario on Lake Huron. I actually lived a year in South Korea teaching English. I was in Iksan, Jeonllabukdo; at least I think that us how you spell the province! I was there in 2009-2010; I apologize, as I’m just guessing at the spelling at this point in time. But I’m so happy to meet people here.
