ahh you mean like copyright? there is! For companies, usually it’s their own contented being “hosted” on YT and embeded in their sites.

For other contents, at least in journalism and in Brazil, if the author of the video allowed it to be embeded, it’s ok for you to embed. YT will place a link to the original channel the video came from anyway, it’s a configuration you cannot change. But imho it’s also nice if you credit the person/channel where you got this from, at least with the @ on the platform, you know? In news pieces that’s how we do it, or we actuallt edit together a bunch of resources and place the lettering w the original credits.

If you’re getting from other sources, you can always check the CC license, as you yourself mentioned;)
