I am trying to make a web page on my own, where do you get the photos, icons, music, video, I am looking at the ones that are free but there are some that are not worth much.
Could you send me some addresses where you can start without paying anything where you can get all these things related to image and design for free.

There’s lots more, search “stock photography” or “free [images/icons/illustrations] for website.”
You can also do a Google image search for a particular subject, like “flowers” and then at the top near the middle click “Tools” and choose “Usage rights” → “Creative Commons licenses” which will filter your search to images that people have licensed as free to use, like via Wikimedia Commons, Flickr, etc.
Good luck and be sure to always give credit if it’s asked for (or even if it isn’t!).
