I’ve been active in ministry for 35 years, in volunteer, part-time, and full-time positions. I’ve coached, mentored, and ministered to hundreds of teens and young adults.

Since 1993, I’ve also been a supervisor, manager, and senior leader in both the private and public sectors – from leading multiple teams across North America for a multi-national Fortune 50 company, to building enterprise-level programs at a cabinet-level Federal agency.
